labor prior to 7/21 if the homeowner would supply the paint. He
did not. In anticipation of fines action, a letter will be sent
from Sentry.

Neighborhood Enhancement Grant (NEG)
-- We submitted two proposals: lighting and trees. Our
lighting proposal has already been denied. Out tree proposal will
be decided 8/3.

Sidewalk
Obstructions -- Trees and
shrubs blocking the sidewalk or interfering with its safe use is a
violation of County codes. In News Flash, residents will be asked
to clear their sidewalks.

residents -- A resident in Phase
1 would like the ficus trees behind his home to be removed under the
NEG, if approved.
