Financial Report -- Mike Theoret, Treasurer, reported that the
Operating account currently has a balance of $33,294 and the
Contingency Fund currently has a balance of $8,396. Also, the
2005 year end operating budget produced a surplus ("profit") of
$6.989. However, the surplus is inflated because the holidays
caused some expected December invoices to be paid in January.
Elections Results -- 8 candidates ran for 7 Director positions.
Elections were held. Following the Annual Meeting, a short
organizational meeting was held where positions were decided by vote.
