The Board of Directors for Hawthorn Park had their regular monthly meeting on September 22, 2005. Here are the topics and highlights of the meeting.  Reminder:  All association members are invited to attend these regular Board meetings.

Please note:  These are not the official meeting minutes.  The official minutes are recorded by Jerry Lemerise, Property Manager, and are archived at the offices of Harmony Management.  Claudia Quehl, Director - Assistant Secretary, also maintains a file of the official minutes.

Entrance Committee [Claudia Quehl] -- Tony Chasey presented his plans for the front entrance.  Sprinkler experts will be asked for estimates to troubleshoot the common area around the front pond.  The Entrance Committee will propose an overall plan for the Board to review before spending money.
Front Entry Lighting Project [George Sinclair] -- Continuing discussion between low voltage and high voltage.
Community Maintenance [Len Lesjak] -- Warning sign on 12th Ave. has been removed by County.  Stop bars were added at Stop Signs.  Len will order the replacement sign for 92nd St. and 12th Ave.  Len bought new light fixtures for the front entrance sign.
October 9th Picnic Planning Update [Peg Mazza] -- Need people to RSVP for planning purposes.
November 12th Garage Sale Planning Update [George Sinclair] -- Flyer done.
December 11th Holiday Party Planning Update [Kathy Lesjak] -- Aiming for a more adult party.  No kids.  Hor 'derves.  Later start time.
