- A number of lots have noticeable
chinch bug infestations.
- A home on 10th Ave. NW is
prepping the front lawn for new sod.
- The home sale application
process is not working effectively.
- The fence encroachment on the
north side is being addressed.
- Estimates are being received to
address the growth on the west side of the north pond.

Installation of new irrigation pump,
pump assembly -- New pump
installed and operational.

to buy and install in September.

Beautification
grant - lighting project [G. Sinclair] -- Great turn-out for the lighting
demonstration! A specific action plan will be proposed.
Also, Claudia Quehl is forming a committee to beautify the front entry
with some new plants. Volunteers needed.
