VOTES:

1) The motion to increase the number of Directors from 5 to 7 passed unanimously.

2) The motion to adopt the 2005 budget, with the dues increase, passed unanimously.

3) There were 8 candidates for election of 7 Directors.  The Board received notice from Peg Mazza that she was removing herself from consideration because she has an opportunity to serve on the Board of the Palma Sola Botanical Park.  No additional nominations of candidates were received from the floor.  Therefore there were 7 candidates for 7 openings.  The 7 candidates were elected unanimously.

The new 2005 Directories were distributed.
