Sprinklers -- Please set your lawn sprinkler to normally operate only between the hours of 12:01am and 5:00am.  This will allow late and early walkers to enjoy the sidewalks without getting wet.  It also allows the water to soak in before the grass is cut during the day.

Garbage Cans -- Please do not place your trash or yard clippings at the curb before 6:00pm the day before the pick-up.

Mail Boxes -- If your mail box post or scroll work becomes damaged, please notify Property Management or the Board so that it may assist with repairs.  If your box itself becomes damaged or rusted, it is your responsibility to repair or replace it.

Pets -- Manatee County Leash Law requires that all dogs and cats be kept on a leash.  Please remember to "scoop the poop" when walking your dog around the neighborhood.  Cats left to roam may be picked up by Animal Control.

Driving -- Please drive carefully and slowly as there may be children playing.
