Hawthorn Park Phone Call Guide for Residents
Residents should use this table to guide them in directing problems, issues and concerns to the most appropriate person. In most situations, please call Hawthorn Park’s professional management company, Sentry Management, at 361-1222 (International: +1.941.361.1222). Their hours are 8:30 to 5:00 Mon- Fri. Out of hours, please use the same number and listen to instructions for 24x7 assistance.

Household maintenance issues are the responsibility of the individual homeowner. Exterior alterations or landscaping changes require review and approval by the Hawthorn Park Architectural Review Committee, and must conform to the community By-Laws. Get the Review & Approval Form from the Hawthorn Park web site or contact the ARC Director on the Board of Directors. |
